- Chris and Melissa meet while in Chicago. Chris had taken his first job out of college and Melissa was getting her masters at Northwestern. We meet on a July 4th party and started dating that New Years. From there we moved to Houston and were married a year later. On Labor Day of 2008, Isabelle Grace was born.
